Job Title: Technical Engineer
Location: Tambaram , Chengalpattu, Avadi, Tiruvannamalai, Vellore, Erode , Tirupur, Coimbatore
Experience: 0-1 years
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle assigned IoT projects from planning to execution and ensure timely completion.
2. Coordinate and follow up on complete project status with customers, field teams, service teams, and internal technical teams.
3. Attend installation and service activities for IoT controllers at customer locations.
4. Monitor ongoing IoT projects and provide daily project updates to management and concerned teams.
5. Coordinate with installation and service teams for timely completion of field activities.
6. Maintain proper documentation for installation reports, service reports, site updates, customer feedback, site photos, and project completion records.
7. Identify repeated technical issues reported from field sites and update the same to the R&D team for analysis.
8. Work closely with the R&D team to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
9. Ensure all project-related issues are followed up until proper closure.
10. Support troubleshooting, testing, and corrective actions during installation and service.
Qualification :
Diploma / Degree in EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics, or any related technical field will be preferred.
Candidates with any degree may also apply, provided they have interest in technical field work, IoT projects, and customer site coordination.
Experience :
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in IoT projects, installation, service, field support, electronics, electrical maintenance, or project coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
